CUSTOM EVENT BRANDING PROCESS:
STEP ONE
Initial Consultation & Agreement
We begin our journey with a warm hello on Zoom, where we take the time to get to know you and your event goals. Following our conversation, we’ll create a proposal that reflects our discussion and finalize a contract.
STEP TWO
Design & Approval
We will present a series of three renderings! The first set showcases a variety of designs for each of your requested items. In the second rendering, we’ll refine the fonts, colors, and phrasing to capture your vision perfectly. Finally, in the last rendering, we’ll finalize all the details, including guest names, drink ingredients, and seating chart arrangements, ensuring everything is just right for your celebration.
STEP THREE
Fabrication & Delivery
The final step in our beautiful journey together is bringing your amazing signage and stationery to life! Production will commence 1-2 weeks before your event, and we’ll deliver them or arrange a pick-up in Parker, CO, based on our agreed upon contract.

CASSIDY BOWMAN
Cassidy is a graphic designer with a passion for event branding. She thrives on collaborating closely with clients to transform their visions into reality. After discovering a gap in the market while planning her own wedding, she was inspired to launch BoCo Designs in the fall of 2022, where she artfully weaves love stories into captivating signage and stationery.
