STEP ONE
LET’S CONNECT
We begin with a conversation on Zoom to learn about your wedding vision, design style, and event goals. After our call, we create a custom proposal outlining the design direction and finalize your contract to begin the process.
STEP TWO
Design & Approval
Next, we begin developing custom design concepts for your event. Through a series of renderings and collaborative revisions, we refine the typography, color palette, materials, and layout until every element feels cohesive and perfectly aligned with your vision.
STEP THREE
PRODUCTION & INSTALLATION
Once your designs are finalized, our team begins production of your custom pieces. From signage and stationery to custom-built displays and rentals, every element is carefully crafted to bring your wedding vision to life. We coordinate delivery and installation to ensure everything is beautifully presented and ready for your celebration.

PAYTON & CASSIDY
BoCo Designs is led by founder and lead designer Cassidy, a graphic designer with a passion for creating cohesive event branding that tells a couple’s story from the first invitation to the final detail of the day. Cassidy launched BoCo Designs in the fall of 2022 to offer thoughtfully designed signage and stationery that feel both personal and elevated.
Working alongside Cassidy is Payton, a talented graphic designer who helps bring each design to life. Together they collaborate with couples and planners to create designs that feel timeless, intentional, and uniquely reflective of each celebration.
