Refund policy
All returns must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item(s). If the item appears to be used, damaged, or broken, a refund will not be accepted.Â
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To report a damaged item, you can contact us at cassidy@bocodesigns.net.Â
Non-Returnable or Refundable Items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), are not eligible for returns. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exceptions
If a refund is negotiated between the owner and client, the client will receive a full refund after the product has been returned to the sender.  Â
