Our signs are crafted from high-quality, durable acrylic, featuring a striking 3D effect with a 1/8" acrylic layer for added color and depth. Engraved and carefully painted elements enhance the design’s texture.
CUSTOMIZATION PROCESS:
To ensure your sign meets your expectations, please double-check all submitted information. We are not liable for spelling errors after you approve the final rendering, which will be sent for your review within 2 to 10 business days based on design complexity. Changes cannot be made post-approval.
RETURNS:
Due to the custom nature of our signs, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping
Lead Times
We understand how important it is to get your order to you as quickly as possible. That's why we strive to ship out all orders within 2-3 weeks following your rendering approval. Additionally, we offer a range of shipping options to choose from at checkout to ensure that you can receive your order in your desired timeframe.

Shipping Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To report a damaged item, you can contact us at cassidy@bocodesigns.net.
All returns must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item(s). If the item appears to be used, damaged, or broken, a refund will not be accepted.
Returns
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), are not eligible for returns. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exceptions
If a refund is negotiated between the owner and client, the client will receive a full refund after the product has been returned to the sender.

Cassidy is the lead designer for all projects and brings over 15 years of design experience to the table. Holding a Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture, she specialized in creating signage for parks, open spaces, and monument design. In 2022, she launched her business while planning her own wedding. Since then, she has grown her team to include her husband Cody and her assistant Kelsie. The mission of BoCo Designs is to keep producing stunning signage and stationery that impresses their wonderful couples!
